Mr. Sushil Singla, aged about 59 years, is the First Director of the Company and acting as Managing Director of our Company since 01.08.2010. He is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honors) from Punjab University, Chandigarh. With a wealth of experience spanning over three decades, Mr. Sushil Singla possesses extensive expertise in Finance, Accounting, Process Enhancement, Compliance, and Business Development.
Furthermore, Mr. Sushil Singla holds the position of Managing Director at Supreme Housing Finance Limited, an institution specializing in affordable housing finance solutions, approved by the National Housing Bank (NHB). He also serves as a Director at Supreme Fincorp Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This NBFC primarily focuses on providing Mortgage Loans to the low and middle-income segments of the country, while also engaging in investments in marketable securities.

Mrs. Vandana Singla, the First Director of the Company holds a degree in Graduation and boasts an extensive track record of over 25 years in the financial services industry. In addition to her role as a Director in our Company, she is also an active member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee at Supreme Securities Limited.
Furthermore, Mrs. Vandana Singla serves as a Director at Supreme Housing Finance Limited, a Housing Finance Institution approved by the National Housing Bank (NHB) that focuses on providing affordable housing finance solutions. Additionally, she holds a Directorship at Supreme Fincorp Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This NBFC is primarily engaged in offering Mortgage Loans to the low and middle-income segments of the country.
Director & Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Disha Singla is also one of the First Directors of the Company. She is a driven and result-oriented professional, who shares the passion to enable housing for all. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed a 3-year article ship from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She is an alumna of the University of Florida USA for she pursued the Masters of Science degree in Entrepreneurship at the Warrington College of Business.
She was also appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. She is a member of the Audit Committee as well as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company.
Independent Director
Mr. Rohit Singh, Independent Director of the Company since 30.03.2015. He is a Qualified Company Secretary, having ten (10) years of experience in Company Law and Secretarial & related matters. He is also MBA in finance. He worked as Company Secretary in various organizations and contributed significantly there including Ceragem India Private Limited, Cleanwind Power Piploda Private Limited and presently he is serving to Easy Bill Private Limited.
Independent Director
Ms. Mayuri Sinha, Independent Director of the Company since 01.12.2020. She is an Associate member of ICSI (2016 batch) and a Law Graduate. She has a vast experience in handling Corporate Secretarial matters and dealing with various regulatory authorities. She was associated with Alchemist Group for handling secretarial and M & A matters and also associated with Varun Capital Services Limited. Currently she is working as Practicing Company Secretary and also Independent Director in KW Homes Private Limited and Supreme Housing Finance Limited.
